Basic Removal Rates

Removals are priced by the job. We offer two basic removal packages below. Both these packages are all inclusive and allow for two men in a large luton removal van with tail lift.

Half day move

This is a 4 hr booking starting between 7.30am and 9am and runs for 4 hrs. This booking can also start in the afternoon at approx 1pm.

The cost of this package is £200 in our local area

This moving package is ideal for non completion flat moves. Flat moves or very small house moves where we are not waiting on a completion and release of keys. This package only works if the customer is organized and does not have a massive amount of furniture, and access at both ends is good. Sometimes we do moves on this basis if the customer just wants the furniture moved, then whatever smaller items are left if we have time.

Day move

Day move - A day constitutes 8 hrs of work. We generally start between 8am and 10am

The cost of this package is £390 in our local area.

This package is brilliant for average size moves or properties which are tied to completion and waiting on keys. In this circumstance we would need to start early to make sure everything is loaded into the van, then wait for keys. Sometimes they can be released before lunch and as a worst case sceneario we may not get them for the new property until the 3-4 pm in the afternoon. We can start as early as you like and you are paying for a full days work. Unlike many companies we don't charge for our lunch break and we are regularly complemented on how much we can achieve in just one day. A day constitutes 8 hrs of work. This price is for 2 men in a large luton van. Extra vans, larger vehicles, more than 2 men or long distances will involve extra charges.

Insurance is included in all our Jobs and we are covered if we are moving one or multiple items. Proof of insurance cover can be found under Man and Van Sussex on the Checkatrade website. See terms and conditions for more information on insurance.

Fuel charge on jobs in our local area is free. It will be charged and included into your quote if the move is long distance or we have to travel outside our local area to do the move. We are based just north of Brighton and cover a 10 mile circle from our base. Our Environmentally friendly removal vans are all below 4 years of age, meet strict emissions regulations. We are the Brighton and Hove removal specialists. All our vehicles are covered for breakdown and can travel in and out of the London LEZ.

Other larger moves, longer distance jobs, multi vehicle moves, jobs where we come and pack etc are priced on the job. Please enquire for details using the online enquiry form or phone numbers.

No hidden costs

Our House Removal Prices are always quoted by the job and are all inclusive. There is never any hidden costs which have not been mentioned or Vat to be added to the price quoted. Pricing is quoted by the job because it is dependant on so many factors. However we do mainly work in half day and day slots. Over running on these bookings is charged by the hour, to the nearest half hour. Our references and recommendations should hopefully speak for themselves. We work hard and will undertake any move as quickly and efficiently as possible. We cannot perform the impossible but are regularly commented on how quick we work.
